Many of the most tragic tales are hidden behind an impressive career. Lolo, who won the USA as well as the World Championships for hurdle events in 2013, been able to achieve this level with a lot of hard work and a lot of patience. Jones was the sole member of a family with five children who lived in a very poor environment. Her mom lived in the street and was even living in the cellar of the local church at times. Since her college days, Jones proved to be one of the most skilled hurdlers. She won the 100-meter obstacle in 2002 at the NCAA Track & Field Championship. Jones also was a part of the second team to win the 100-meter Relay race. Jones is a champion of hurdles in the indoor section at NCAA championships in 2003 as well as 2004. Jones has been training since 2005, when she completed her education. She was the winner of two events, her events, the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track competitions in the same year.

Brandt immigrated out of Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the end of her teens. Discovered by local casting directors Brandt took on the role of Naevia for the Starz hit series Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Produced by Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi she captivated audiences by her acting and was one of the show's breakout actors. Mazikeen, a fan-favorite Vertigo/DC comic book character as well as the Vertigo/DC series Lucifer played her part in this hit Netflix show. Forbes identified Lucifer for 2021 and declared it the series with the most amount of viewers who binge watched. Brandt's next appearance will be in an episode of six in the Walking Dead spin-off in 2024 alongside Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. Brandt is also set to star alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated comedy Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on 2nd December 1981, in Cape Town South Africa. She's a very talented New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt, along with her entire family moved from the United States to Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. After just a couple of years working in retail, she was promoted to the post of an IT consultant. Lesley started her career in commercial advertisements following some modeling opportunities. She completed her acting major in 2008 and continued to research Meisner's techniques. Lesley Brandt's first notable acting role was on the TV drama series Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance on the New Zealand's television series Shortland Street in the role of a second actor. Then she appeared on a science-fiction drama arrangement This Is Not My Life in which the story was based on the fictional city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia an innocent hostage in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. This character was later featured in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
