Machine Gun Kelly

Machine Gun Kelly was born Colson Bakker. He is a rapper hailing from America who has gained a meteoric increase in popularity due to his unique style and ability to play. Most well-known for his quick fire lyrical flow, which may also be the reason for his stage name Machine Gun Kelly, MGK started rapping while still in high school and quickly built a loyal following in the local community by releasing a number of mixtapes. The breakthrough was made with the 2006 "Stamp of Approval" mixtape that attracted a lot of attentions. The popularity of his debut mixtape was what gave MGK the impetus to embark on a professional career. The following years the producer released four more mixtapes. He signed a deal to Bad Boy as also Interscope Records in the year 2011. Following that the first album of his career Laces Up was released and received high praise from critics. The album debuted at #4 on the US Billboard 200 chart, it featured a number of hits such as Wild Boy, Invincible, Stereo and Hold On (Shut Up). General Admission, his second album that came out in October 2015, made it to number four on Billboard 200. It also came in at number one on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
